Admission Criteria For GNM

1. Minimum education eligibility criteria for admission for Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery is 10+2 with English and passed with 40% at the qualifying examination from any recognized board (Any stream Arts, Commerce & Science is preferable).

2. Candidates are also eligible from state open school recognized by State Government & National Institute of open school (NIOS) recognized by Central government.

3. 10+2 with English having 40% of marks & vocational stream-health care science from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council with 40% of marks.

4. Registered ANM with pass marks.

5. 3% Disability reservation with a disability of locomotors to the tune of 40 to 50% of the lower extremity.

6. 5% relaxed for SC/ST candidates.

7. Students should be medically fit.

8. Minimum age for admission will be 17 years and there is no age bar.

9. This college is designed to frame male candidates hence male candidates should apply for this course. 10. Admission of students shall be once in a year.

10. For final examination 100% attendance is must.

1. Hard Copy of application form (with signature where it is necessary).

2. 10th marksheet & certificate.

3. 10+2/ Graduation or other equivalent examination mark sheet & certificate.

4. Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate of previously studied institution.

5. Certificate of Nationality (Domicile).

6. Cast Certificate.

7. Cast validity (for SC & ST category).

8. Non-creamy layer certificate.

9. Income certificate.

10. Medical Fitness certificate from Registered Medical Practioner.

11. Gapping Certificate (If applicable).

12. 06 passport size photos.

13. Adhar Card.

4. Evaluation of the candidates’ aptitude and knowledge in the field of the nursing.

5. Shortlisted candidates are required to participate in the counseling process conducted by the institution.

6. During counseling, candidates are provided with information about the course curriculum, fee structure, and other essential details.

7. Selected candidates can also secure their admission by paying the requisite fees.

8. Undertaking for whole fees payment on stamp paper.
